The objective of a video game is to entertain (bonus if it educates too). On this criteria alone, I give it a whole 2 stars – it bores quickly. Unfortanately that also goes for the Zippity built-in games and the Princess & The Frog game too. I am very disappointed in Leap Frog for putting out a boring video system with only a few BORING games to choose from. Save your money and buy a yo yo, your child will have more fun.

This toy is ok, but gets old pretty fast. We have a ton of Leapfrog toys so I was surprised that this wasn’t as great as their products usually are. My 4-year old son liked playing with it for a few minutes, but got bored pretty quickly, even when playing level 2. I think it would’ve been better when he was 2-3. I think it could be better if they added more difficult levels and/or offered more games for older kids. But as it is, I think it’s overpriced and not much fun for 4+.

My 3 year old grandson has had a ton of fun on the leapfrog game system. He has spent hours on it and still has a lot to learn.
